“We paid a lot and stayed in a bure and the beds had visible BED BUGS. They switched our room but the next one smelt realled bad. Advised on check out that we would get refund but didn’t get one. Now unable to contact resort because there is no correct email or contact info on internet. The place is run down. It was awful.”
