My unsolved injury during my stay

Roberto U. shared a troubling experience from his stay at a resort over the holidays. On the morning of December 25, he woke up injured, shoeless, and with no memory of what had happened after 10:34 p.m. the night before. He had recorded his walk back to his cottage to feel safer in the dark and remembers being completely sober. But the next thing he knew, he was found in a nearby field, bloodied and confused. Despite asking for a proper medical exam and a drug or rape test, the local clinic did only a quick check and didn’t follow through. The resort never gave him a straight answer about what happened that night and brushed it off as him just being drunk — something he strongly denies.

Roberto points out several red flags: his clothes were wet and out of place, his undershirt was missing, his backpack had clearly been rummaged through, and his belongings were moved around. He had injuries that didn’t match the resort’s story and no signs of being intoxicated. What’s more, the resort never provided any evidence to back up their claims. He’s still dealing with the physical aftermath, including losing a front tooth, and is left with more questions than answers. Roberto just wants the truth about what happened and hopes the resort takes real steps to make sure something like this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
