My daughter and her boyfriend currently staying at the Excellence Punta Cana resort and were apparently drugged and brutally tortured last night in the hotel property. He was waterboarded with his hands tied behind his back for hours and has bruises all over her body. My daughter awoke in her hotel room with a nurse in the room telling her that she was dead and the nurse brought her back to life. He said the men torturing him had either police or security uniforms on. I fear that my daughter may have been raped. I have tried calling the embassy numbers but not getting any answer. Any suggestions on how to get help for them.
