At Coco Bongo’s, traveler OnAir19883 and his wife had one drink that tasted off, and within minutes they both blacked out—despite being sober beforehand. They later found out a Domino’s delivery person had helped them back to their hotel just 25 minutes after arriving, and they suspect they were drugged with GHB by their server, who topped off their drinks with a “clear liquid.” When they reported it, management brushed it off, claimed it must’ve been strong liquor, and refused to take action unless they could “prove it”—which is nearly impossible with GHB. They left shaken and are warning others not to go, saying others might not be so lucky.
