Atrocious service, Absolutely disgusted

“Upon our arrival we were informed that our reservation had not been recieved and thus they had no accomodation for us, although they had gladly accepted payment and issued a reciept number for said payment. We were told that it was our problem and we could write our travel agent an email (At a cost for using the email). When asked if we could use the phone to call our travel agent reverse charges we were flatly refused. Never recieved an apology and had to find emergeny accomodation elsewhere. Extremely dissapointed and severly tarnished our whole Fiji experience.”
