“This hotel has a great potential. Very bad service. We stayed for three nights and one night a mouse was in our room. Tried to get help but no help was given. The manager Navin is always out to lunch on the job. Breakfast was always terrible. They need to educate and train their employees of real customer service. Will never stay here again. Fiji is my birthplace I was treated like a second class citizen at this hotel. Navin still has not given me a refund on the booking Alan made for us. His choice of hotel was very poor that we had to check out sooner than we thought.”
