“Beware”

Traveler Ronjulz said they had a decent stay at the resort in February, but the hotel took a deposit from their card at check-in and never refunded it—despite claiming they had. They left the room spotless and tried following up through emails, but got no response. Because of this shady handling of their money, they wouldn’t recommend the place and warn others to be careful.
