Roving55033649044 had a seriously disappointing stay, mostly due to how dirty and run-down the place was. They found mouse droppings on their suitcase, were moved to another room only to discover mold in the shower, a busted tap spewing black gunk, stained towels, expired milk left in the fridge, and dust everywhere—basically nothing like the resort’s photos online. It was bad enough that they wore jandals in the shower just to feel somewhat clean.

They also felt unwelcome by staff and didn’t feel comfortable speaking up, especially since the receptionist was cold and unhelpful from the start. Between the dirty rooms, overpriced food they couldn’t finish, and having to pass an open-air crematorium on the way in, the whole experience left them feeling gross and upset.
