“Would not recommend, pay the extra to go else where. The staff are rude, clueless and take so long to get orders out. Milkshake took 30 min to arrive despite not being busy. Nice, cockroaches, ants were all located in our rooms. Mice even coming out of suitcases. The place is so run down and rally not set up for family’s. No activities for the kids, no ramps for prams or microwave or bowls to heat baby bottles. They have kayaks for use but they fill with water and the life jacket ain’t going to save you. Don’t bother with breakfast, it’s disgusting. We were told rooms would be ready at 1pm. 2hours later and we were still kept waiting with no apology. The place is in the middle of no where with no access to public transport.”
