This has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a resort hands DOWN! The exterior of the resort is ok, no real complaints there, however once you get to the rooms its another story. There was a dead lizard in my room, a live frog in the room my cousin was staying in, and my room had a strong stench of urine. I was shown another room which was not as bad, but there were ants on the bed, and at that point I decided to get the hell out of there! I attempted to get a refund, as I paid upfront, however no one could authorise the refund as the manager (Named John the Con by his staff) was away at his house in Vaulcause in Sydney. I strongly recommend NEVER SETTING FOOT IN THIS PLACE! Apparently this happens a lot according to the staff who work there, its a complete scam. I feel so sorry for the wonderful friendly staff. John if your reading this, I hope you are enjoying the $1000 my cousin and I have lost.
